Oleg has extensive experience dealing with the U.S. Beverage Alcohol Regulatory Agencies, and he has developed strong relationships with the manufacturers in Russia. He is an expert in the Russian Beverage Alcohol Market and in handling negotiations with Russia’s largest Vodka producers.
In developing the Ruskova Brand in the U.S., Oleg has gained valuable experience in dealing with people at all levels of the U.S. Spirits Industry. Listed among Oleg’s formal educational credentials are courses in Business Management at the University of Miami.
